Listing ingestion
Feeds, portals, spreadsheets or manual entry. Every property arrives normalised, deduplicated and ready to market.
The marketing OS for estate agents
Realbard writes the copy, designs the creative and builds the whole campaign for every property you take on — then publishes it and traces every lead back to the post that made it.

One listing becomes
The same four you will see on your dashboard the day you sign in. No agency brief, no design software, no Saturday evening in Canva.
Import a portal feed, upload a spreadsheet, or type one address. Photos, facts and price arrive normalised and deduplicated.
Copy, creative, audiences and a landing page for every channel — written in your agency’s voice, not a chatbot’s.
Every draft waits in one queue for a human verdict. Edit it, reject it, or send it live. Nothing skips this step.
Live on Google and Meta through their official APIs, with spend, reach and leads flowing back into the next campaign.
Teach Realbard your tone once — the words you use, the ones you would never print, how you talk about price. Everything it writes afterwards is held to it, and when it gets something wrong you correct it in a sentence.
Approval is a gate in the pipeline, not a setting somebody can forget to switch on. Every asset queues with its full context — the listing, the channel, the spend — and every verdict is logged against a name.
Enquiries land in one inbox with the channel, the campaign and the listing attached — so you finally know which forty pounds of spend produced Saturday’s viewing, and the next campaign starts from that.
Six things that hand off to each other — the same names you will find in the product’s own navigation.
Feeds, portals, spreadsheets or manual entry. Every property arrives normalised, deduplicated and ready to market.
Ad copy, creative variants and audience targeting for every channel, generated per listing in one pass. Edit anything before it moves on.
Photo sets, carousels and vertical video cut from the listing’s own images — the assets that used to cost a freelancer and a week.
A property page per listing, built with the campaign and ready to take an enquiry, in your templates and your colours.
One inbox for every enquiry, with the channel, the campaign and the listing attached to each one.
Spend, reach and results per listing and per campaign, fed back into generation so the next one starts better.
We would rather be precise about this than impressive: here is exactly what Realbard makes, and exactly where it publishes on its own today.
Everything it makes is yours to download, schedule or post wherever you like.
Both connect through their own OAuth consent, scoped to advertising, and can be revoked from either side at any time. More direct channels are in build — we will list them here when they ship, not before.
Every plan runs on Realbard’s own AI keys — there are no API keys for you to manage, and no per-token bill to reconcile. Credits refresh monthly.

$499per month

A system that publishes on your behalf has to be worth trusting. These are commitments in the product’s design, not lines in a brochure — the details are in our privacy policy and data deletion page.
AI drafts; people decide. No campaign, post or ad is published without an explicit approval from a reviewer in your workspace.
Admins, marketers and approvers see and do different things. Every workspace is isolated, and every verdict is attributable to a name.
Connections to Google and Meta use their own OAuth flows and APIs, under their platform terms. No scraping, no password sharing.
Disconnect a platform, delete a listing, or delete your whole account and its data — self-serve or on request, on a stated timeline.
It is a marketing operations platform for estate agencies. It ingests your property listings, uses AI to generate the campaign for each one — copy, creative, targeting, landing page — routes every draft through your own approval queue, publishes approved campaigns to Google Ads and Meta through their official APIs, and reports the results back against the listing.
No. Approval is a hard gate in the pipeline, not a setting you can forget to switch on. Every generated campaign waits in the approval queue until a reviewer in your workspace explicitly approves it, and rejected drafts never leave the building.
Brand memory holds your tone, your vocabulary and your rules — including the words you never want used — and every draft is written against it. When it gets something wrong you correct it in a sentence, and that correction sticks for everything that follows.
Realbard creates that work — vertical cuts, captions, stories, carousels — and it is yours to download and post. Automatic publishing today covers Google Ads and Meta (Facebook and Instagram) through their official APIs; other channels are export-and-post while we build them properly.
You authorise Realbard through the platform’s own OAuth consent flow, scoped to managing your advertising. We use that access only to run the campaigns you approve and to read their performance. You can disconnect from Realbard, or revoke access from your Google or Meta security settings, at any time.
Disconnecting a platform stops all access immediately. You can delete listings and campaigns in the app, and request full account deletion at any time; our data deletion page describes exactly what is removed and on what timeline.
Nothing. The Free plan carries 15 properties, 120 AI credits a month, one ad account and two seats, with no card required. Paid plans start at $49 a month and every plan runs on Realbard’s own AI keys — there are no API keys for you to manage or pay for separately.
Create a workspace, add one property, and watch the whole campaign arrive in your approval queue. It takes about as long as making a coffee.
